The Dental Trade and Industry Award of Recognition may be presented to honor an outstanding leader in the field for contributions to dentistry. Only one plaque per year will be awarded. The Secretary-Treasurer is responsible for the preparation of the plaque. The President, or his designee, will present the plaque at a place and time mutually agreeable to the recipient and to the President. The recipient must be nominated by the awards committee and have the approval of the Board of Trustees:
