Associate Dean for Academic Affairs Yvonne Chalkley of the University of Iowa College of Dentistry presented the Foundation Scholarship Award to dental student Derek Borgwardt. The Foundation's extra-funded James M. Brophy, Sr., Scholarship was presented to dental student Scott Seward Tharp.

Louisiana

LSU's Health Sciences Director of Student Affairs Darlene P. Brunet had the Foundation Scholarship check awarded to dental student Elizabeth Russell last May, commenting that Elizabeth has been a class leader since her first year in school.

Oklahoma

Section Chair William Goodman introduced the Foundation Scholarship recipient, University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry student Randi Hobbs at their PFA Breakfast during the Oklahoma Dental Association's Centennial Convention last April.
