Please take note of an important PFA Function to be held during the PFA Board Meetings held during the American Dental Association Annual Session, this year in San Antonio.

The Awards Luncheon, as usual, is by reservation only in order to be able to place the number of meals entrees with the hotel in advance. The cost of event is the same as last year--$45 per person. To hold your seat, please fill out and send in the reservation form attached in this issue. You may mail your check for $45 per person to the Central Office at PFA, P.O. Box 3718, Mesquite, NV, 89024-3718. You many also pay at the door (checks preferred), but you must fill out the form and send it to the Central Office to reserve your seat(s).

All reservations must be received by 1 October 2008. All tickets will be held at the pick-up desk located at the Luncheon site.
