Japan Secretariat Yukiko Otani reported that they had presented the Foundation Scholarships to students at the Showa University School of Dentistry and at the Nippon Dental University School of Life Dentistry at Niigata.

Mary Donahue, Development Assistant, Loma Linda University, School of Dentistry, reports that Dr. Bruce Walter presented the Foundation Scholarship to dental student Nicholas C. Marongiu in their Awards Chapel last May at the Randall Visitor Center.

Connecticut

Chair Robin Santiago reports presenting the Foundation scholarship to University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine student Chris Murphy with Dean R. Lamont MacNeil.

Louisiana

LSU School of Dentistry's Director of Student Affairs Darlene P. Brunet reported awarding the Foundation scholarship to Christopher Feldman last April. Assisting in the presentation were Assistant Professor Frank Martello, Associate Professor Laurie Moeller, and Dean Henry Gremillion.

Dean Thomas W. Braun awarded the Foundation Scholarship to the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine student Elizabeth Cole, with Associate Dean R. Donald Hoffman and Senior Dean Dennis N. Ranalli attending.
