The 75th anniversary year, which was a landmark in PFA's history, was truly international in scope. We made a great effort to document and report on the many activities of this anniversary in Dental World. It has been a real honor to be aboard this great organization at such a monumental time. A lot of change also is ahead as the profession becomes linked even more through digital communications and social media, which is changing the landscape of publishing. I would love to hear from you about your ideas for articles, historical topics, and features you would like to see on the Fauchard.org Web site.

The next Dental World issue to be published will be in the July-August 2012 Dental Abstracts journal. Please send your reports, articles, and digital images for publication by May 2 to the Dental World office. That issue will include an updated schedule and registration form for the PFA Annual Meeting in October that will be held in San Francisco, California. Please join us there for great events and the Annual Awards Luncheon.
