How to Pay Dues Online (USA Sections Only)
Instructions for USA Section Fellows to pay their annual dues online are listed below.

I haven't logged in
to Member Services before. I've forgotten my Member Services
log-in password. I know my log-in
and password for Member Services.

If you haven't logged into the Member Services area of the site before, you will first need to do one of two things.
Has your email address been registered with the PFA Central Office? If not, please contact the Central Office by email to request that your email address be added to the membership database. When you receive confirmation that your email address has been entered in the database, continue to the next step.
If your email address has been registered with the Central Office, you need to create a new log-in password here. (links open in a new window or tab so you can refer back to these instructions and follow along)
You will be led to the following screen, where you are directed to submit your registered email address:

Soon after you have submitted your registered email address, you will receive an email message that provides you with an automatically generated temporary password and further instructions. Check your email inbox for this message and proceed to log in at the Member Services Log-In Screen:

YOUR TEMPORARY PASSWORD CAN ONLY BE USED ONCE. Upon login, please change your password immediately as you will not be able to use this temporary password a second time. To change your password, choose the 3rd option on the Member Services menu, after you've been logged in. Once you have done this, keep your log-in information (your registered email address & self-chosen password) in a safe place for reference in the future.
Now that you've successfully completed the log-in process, you can proceed to instructions for paying your dues online.

If you have logged in to Member Service before, but have forgotten your password, you need to request a new password. (links open in a new window or tab so you can refer back to these instructions and follow along)
You will be led to the following screen and asked to submit the email address you have registered with the PFA Central Office, which is also the email address you have used to log-in previously.

If you've logged in to Member services before and you know your password, please LOG-IN NOW. (links open in a new window or tab so you can refer back to these instructions and follow along)
Once you've logged in to Member Services, please select the first option on the Member Services Menu titled, "Pay USA Dues Online".
There are four screens in the payment process:
1. Dues start screen - displays the account to be credited. Press the button marked "Proceed to Payment Form.

2. Payment/Donate screen - here you can change the donation amount up or down by typing in your preferred donation amount.

3. Credit Card information screen - enter all your card information: card number, security card code, expiration date, zip code, card type.
4. Thank You & Receipt screen - here you can print your receipt (it will also be emailed to you automatically) for your records.

When you've finished this process you will have successfuly paid your annual dues. The Academy is grateful for your continued membership and contributions!
