MEMO: All Section Chairs are invited to the Section Chair Caucus, Awards Luncheon, President’s Reception, and the PFA President's Dinner Party.

DEADLINE for REPORTS — The deadline for Section Chair reports is July 15, 2012. All Section Chairs must submit their section reports to their Trustee by July 15, 2012 to be included in the Meeting Packet. Those reports received after July 15, 2012 will not be part of the official Meeting Book. Important: Spontaneous Oral Reports will not be allowed during the meetings; however, if you wish to make an oral report, you must notify the Central Office before September 1, 2012, in order to be placed on the Agenda. Please, no exceptions.

Your attendance is vital to the health of our organization. Please book your flight and hotel reservation early so that you can be part of the exciting events of the Annual Meeting. We look forward to seeing you in San Francisco for a successful 2012 meeting.
