The Awards Luncheon reservation deadline has been extended until September 24th. All other reservations must be sent into the Central Office no later than 9/1/12 or sooner.
MEMO: All Section Chairs are invited to the Section Chair Caucus, Awards Luncheon, President’s Reception, and the PFA President's Dinner Party.
DEADLINE for REPORTS — The deadline for Section Chair reports is August 10th, 2012. All Section Chairs must submit their written section reports to their Trustee by August 10th, 2012 to be included in the Meeting Packet. This deadline applies to all Trustees and Officers also! Any reports received after August 10th, 2012 will not be part of the Official Meeting Book.
Important: All Officers and Trustees - Spontaneous Oral Reports will not be allowed during the board meetings; however, if you wish to make an oral report, you must notify the Central Office before August 1, 2012, in order to be placed on the Agenda. No exceptions!
Your attendance is vital to the health of our organization. Please book your flight and hotel reservation early so that you can be part of the exciting events of the Annual Meeting. Please contact the Central Office for the PFA registration code required for the ADA registration process. We look forward to seeing you in San Francisco for a successful 2012 meeting!
