Section Distinguished Dentist Award

A Section Chairperson may present this award during an appropriate ceremony to an individual dentist for outstanding and dedicated service to the profession within that Section.

One award per year per Section is authorized.

The name and address of the nominee must be submitted to the Central Office at least six (six) weeks prior to the award presentation.

Section Chairpersons Plaque 

This plaque is presented to an outgoing Section chair for their year(s) of service to the Academy

Special Appreciation Award

This award can be given by the President or any Section Chair to more than one candidate (dentist or non-dentist) to show recognition for special service or contributions to the Academy or a Section.
